“Organic” Isn’t Always Pure
Organic labels carry a halo of health and purity, but not all organics are created equal. USDA organic certification allows some non-organic processes or additives, and many large industrial farms operate within loopholes—mass-producing “organic” goods that barely differ from conventional ones.
Moreover, organic processed foods can still be loaded with sugar, salt, and fat. That organic cookie? Still a cookie. Labels like “100% organic” versus “made with organic ingredients” can mean dramatically different things. Always read the ingredients list—it’s more telling than the pretty green badge.
