Teamwork makes training more effective—but these four have taken the group exercise thing a little too literally! While normal athletes train with dumbbells, they’ve decided to become the equipment themselves. This acrobatic pyramid is either a stroke of genius in training innovation or an accident waiting to happen.

Admittedly, this “human weight stack” is sure to work all muscle groups—especially the laughing muscles! When you don’t have equipment, you have to get creative. But maybe they should put down a mat for safety… just in case.
